Music: Songs and bands by 1º Bachillerato

 Everyone loves music, each song has a different message and we all have different tastes.

Our 1º Bachillerato students were set the following task.

 They had to choose one of their favourite songs / singers /bands and talk about the person, their country, the message in the lyrics and why they chose it. 

Then, they recorded themselves and we listened to their contribution in class and watched the video clips as well.

Well done , the podcasts were great to listen to!

Christmas topics (2º ESO)

 Before the Christmas holidays students from our 2º ESO group were told to each research a different topic about Christmas. Some of the topics were:

- Christmas Food

- Santa Claus / Father Christmas / Saint Nicholas

- Christmas Eve /Christmas Day / Boxing Day

- Carols

- Christmas cards

- Christmas trees

They discovered the origins and the reasons of the various traditions and how they are celebrated in various countries. We all learnt a lot from their contributions.
